Unified Communicator Express
Mitel® Unified Communicator® Express (UCX) is a lightweight, serverless unified
communications client that provides productivity enhancements like click-to-dial,
incoming caller ID pop-up, PC-based missed calls and speed calls list, and personal
(Microsoft® Outlook®) directory integration. UCX is supported on Mitel Communications
Director (MCD) and Mitel 5000 Communications Platform (CP) and is available free
for every user.
UCX can be deployed as a desk phone companion or a softphone, so users can move
seamlessly
between environments. The UCX Softphone makes users more accessible to customers,
management, and their co-workers regardless of location. UCX Softphone is available
with both MCD and the 5000 CP.
