Toshiba for Small Businesses

We recently installed a new Toshiba IPedge phone system for a law firm when they moved into a new building. Not only did the customer feel like Commworld was a good fit to work with, but they also appreciate features such as the Meeting call bridge - included with all IPedge products. The system gives them everything they needed and will allow them to eventually implement some additional technologies. The EC product they chose is a scalable solution, which will allow them to grow to double the number of phones they currently use. This means a lower initial investment, while having the flexibility to add more phones over time. We helped coordinate the move of their long-distance internet service and installed the 90-phone VoIP system in the new building.
In addition to the EC system's great functionality, Toshiba now has a new server for the ES IPedge system. We've always offered a good selection for small businesses, but this product offers important additional features, such as mobility and enhanced voicemail features at a competitive, low-end price. We know that small businesses in particular need to look for lower cost IT systems, but that doesn't need to come at the expense of good functionality.
