COMMWORLD was founded in 1981 with the concept that medium and small businesses
deserve communications products and services usually reserved for only the largest
Corporations. For over 26 years we have succeeded while many others have failed.
The core of our success lies in the people at COMMWORLD. Our four member Management
Team shares 99 combined years working together. Over half of our staff members have
been part of the COMMWORLD Team for well 10+ years. The level of experience, expertise,
caring and loyalty of these professionals sets us apart.
COMMWORLD of Kansas City is a privately held, independent corporation. However,
we understand the value of being part of a larger group. In 2001 we were selected
as the 23rd member of Technology Assurance Group - a national organization of independently
owned voice and data providers. TAG has since grown to 120 members in the U.S. and
Canada. The membership is the "cream of the crop" of the North American technology
community. We are responsible for over $350 million in business annually - a real
force in the industry.
TAG is a "Better Business Practices" organization which offers on-going training
to help each member be the best telecom company in their respective area. Our affiliation
