80% of Phone Bills are Wrong
A recent report by the Gartner Group, a leading research organization, found that 80% of business phone bills have errors that are never found or reported. Part of the problem is that phone bills are usually confusing and full of acronyms which make it nearly impossible for company owners, managers and bookkeepers to determine if there are errors.
