Why should you protect your telecommunications equipment with a Partner Protection
Plan when you haven't had problems in the past?
Because all equipment is susceptible to problems. A major failure can mean hundreds
– even thousands of dollars for equipment and labor plus the inconvenience
and possible lost business due to downtime.
The Partner Protection Plan includes the highest level of priority service and much
more. Your membership entitles you to special discounts, on-going training, phone
bill analysis and other extra benefits.
Here is what one client says about the Partner Protection Plan...
"The Partner Protection Plan has also been helpful to our organization... Your staff,
through the PPP, assisted us in determining the cause of the error [on their phone
bill] and solving it to our advantage... That monthly savings will offset the cost
of continuing the PPP and the many benefits it offers to keep us in touch with our
members."

Fun Phone Facts
A Kansas City Connection – The Strowger Switch was "girl–less, cuss–less,
out–of–order–less, and wait–less."
Almon Strowger was an undertaker in Kansas City in the late 1800's. The wife of
his competitor worked the cord board at the local telephone exchange. Whenever a
caller asked to be put through to Strowger, calls were deliberately put through
to his competitor. After spending years complaining to his local telephone company,
Strowger found a way to solve the problem!
