Spring Forward

The birds are beginning to chirp, the frogs are singing and little bits of green are popping up in the garden. That means it's time to "spring forward" again. Do you remember how to change the time on your clocks and other electronic devices? New telecommunications systems will auto-change, but older equipment may need to be adjusted.

COMMWORLD will pro-actively make sure the time changes are correct on equipment covered by one of our Partner Protection or Current Technology Assurance Plans. You don't even need to call us. The service is included and we'll happily take care of it for you.

For any customer without a Partner Plan, you may want to place a service order. Contact us at 816-763-1100 or at the Service Center on our website. There will be a charge for a Technician to make the change. If you have a voice mail system equipped with a monitor and keyboard, you may want to make the change yourself.

Safety Reminder

Don't forget to change the batteries in any uninterrupted power supply (UPS) or battery backup system which protects and supports your phone system, voice mail or data equipment. We recommend changing the batteries every 3 years. Call us if you're due for new batteries to protect your technology equipment.
