CommWorld and Other Reflections

It’s always important to pause for a moment of reflection when you finish a large project. We just completed a large orthopedic office that had multiple offices set up in the same building and we put in a whole new phone system for them. The company just started using ACD call center technology which is going to revolutionize the way they do business. It’s interesting working in this environment because we have to make sure that we’re HIPAA compliant. The wonderful thing about this new phone system is that when their customers call in, the phone no longer has to ring in the entire office. With ACD technology, it recognizes who is on the phone and where the phone call is supposed to go. The end result is that the call gets routed to the right people so that business productivity goes up and customer satisfaction goes to an all-time high. Not to mention our client now gets the luxury of call reporting which allows them to be more informative about their phone calls. It’s a win for everyone involved.

Another exiting new product we’d like to share with you is CommWorld Cloud. This wonderful system helps our customers rest easy knowing that in the event their phone system goes down, their phone calls and customers will still get handled. In the event that the power were to go out in the building and you were to lose power to your system, you customers would still be allowed to call in and leave messages that would then be transcribed into the clients email in order to address when they’re able to. It’s one of the many things that we’re trying to do at Commworld to make sure that you get a personalized touch on your phone system.
