Samsung OfficeServ Call is a simple-to-use and cost-effective tool. It improves
the operation of your organization by offering "screen pops" for incoming calls,
PC-based telephone operation, and contact management. Functions such as on-screen
dialing, call forwarding, conferencing and speed dial are all accessible at the
click of a mouse.

The OfficeServ DataView application is the Samsung solution for live monitoring
and historical reporting on IP-enabled iDCS and OfficeServ platforms. Providing
comprehensive information and statistics, DataView gives call centers increased
functionality and greater efficiency. For starters, the DataView interface is Web-based.
That means you don't need to load software on each agent's PC, and you don't need
to manually configure each desktop. The information is downloaded automatically.
Also, the Web-based functionality supports more efficient, more cost-effective licensing.
DataView is either enabled or disabled ("on" or"off") for the entire phone system,
so there is no need to purchase license upgrades as you add or remove users. Finally,
DataView tracks and reports all calls coming in and going out of the phone system,
so agents can perform quality control or even recover sales opportunities lost on
abandoned calls.

Samsung OfficeServ Softphone is a software-based application that turns your computer
into a full-featured Samsung IP telephone. It is installed directly onto your laptop
or desktop PC running Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP operating system. Once a USB
headset or a USB handset is connected; the Softphone delivers virtually identical
functionality as the ITP-5012L and ITP-5021D desktop ITP phones. OfficeServ Softphone
is ideal for telecommuter and mobile users. Remote workers can simply connect their
laptop to the corporate network, snap in a USB headset, and function as if they
were in their own office. They can place, receive, and handle calls on both the
internal and external network, providing a truly portable and practical solution.

SmartCentre is an application that integrates to the DCS 400si to give accurate,
real time reports to assist Call Center Managers to effectively manage the operation
of the Call Center.SmartCenter's highly visual interface can inform call center
managers of parameters outside acceptable limits, such as too many calls waiting,
longest waiting calls and abandoned calls, among others. Historical reports add
the ability to look back at previous days, weeks or months events. These events
can be broken down to give the smallest details to an overview of this weeks answered
and abandoned calls.
